The restaurant “Proleće” for the firts time opened its doors for local guests in 1950, in the very heart of the Belgrade. The restaurant still represents the traditional old Belgrade restaurant with traditional Serbian cuisine. A large number of important people have been visited the restaurant “Proleće” in a few last decades. This famous restaurant was and still is the place of gatherings of Serbian cultural elite -writers, painters, actors, scientists and politicians.
The restaurant was old-school managed and this basically means that it didn’t have any marketing strategy or any web presence. We have created the whole new brand identity succeeding in process to do both- keep the tradition of the place intact, refresh the old ways and looks making it more appealing for the new generations of visitors. We combined history with latter-day, and blurred edges between the traditional and modern making Proleće even more so memorable brand.
