GotCourts is tennis startup from Switzerland founded in 2015 and it has grown into a successful booking platform accepted by holders of thousands tennis players across Europe.
The project started as local but soon become popular across the country. With a special focus on mobile app advertising and most important KPI’s. Doing marketing for mobile apps is the most challenging part of digital marketing nowadays, so we have frequently worked for 18 months on improvements, tracking, and measurements of mobile app usage.
With a special focus on user retention and user acquisition, we have tracked user behavior. Everyday data analysis helped us to understand not only how users use the app but also to understand how they beehive in a multiplatform world.

During the project, we have worked on several major marketing tasks. For a startup like GotCourts most important thing is of course growth. Also, growth can be tricky since the company has to balance between B2B and B2C streams. Yes, you can acquire new tennis courts but you have to fill them, wirh players. Yes, you can grow your player database but you need empty courts to offer. So it is a tricky thing to work on.
